Life doesn’t always move in a straight line. Sometimes it shifts suddenly — through loss, a breakup, a diagnosis, or a major change you never expected. Other times the change is quieter: a slow drift away from who you used to be, a transition that leaves you feeling unsettled, or a season of life that no longer fits. These moments can bring grief, anxiety, sadness, or a sense of being unmoored, even when you can’t quite explain why.
At Ember Path Psychotherapy, I support adults and teens who are navigating these tender and complicated experiences. Grief can come from death, but it can also come from the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, a change in health, or the loss of a role, dream, or sense of self. Whatever you’re carrying, it deserves space and understanding.
You may be moving through:
• The death of someone close
• A separation, divorce, or friendship ending
• Estrangement within your family
• A health change or chronic illness
• A major life transition or identity shift
You don’t need to have the answers. You don’t need to be “over it.” Healing is rarely linear, and it doesn’t need to be rushed. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and an approach that adapts to your needs and pace.
Therapy is available online across Ontario, in English or French. I offer evening and weekend appointments, and some in‑person spots are available in Durham Region for those who prefer to meet face‑to‑face. If you’d like to explore whether this feels like the right fit, I offer a free 20‑minute consultation.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to explore what’s bringing you here, what therapy might look like and whether it feels like a good fit. No pressure, just a chance to connect, ask questions, and see what support could look like for you.
Let’s take the first step together.
