Warm, collaborative, evidence-informed psychotherapy for adults, teens, couples, and families across Ontario.
I believe therapy begins with having a space where you can speak openly and feel heard.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-informed psychotherapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with each client to understand their experiences, concerns, goals, and what they hope to gain from therapy.
We work together at a pace that takes into consideration your needs, comfort, and readiness.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent more than two decades working in education with children, teens, adults, and families. That experience contributed to my understanding of the many ways relationships, family experiences, stress, loss, identity, and life transitions can affect individuals and families. My interest in supporting people through these experiences eventually led me to pursue graduate training in counselling psychology and become a Registered Psychotherapist.
Today, I provide virtual psychotherapy to adults, teens, couples, and families across Ontario, with services available in English and French.
I draw from a range of psychotherapy approaches based on each client's presenting concerns, needs, and therapeutic goals.
My practice may incorporate approaches such as:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Therapy is collaborative. Together, we explore what is bringing you to therapy, identify goals for our work, and consider approaches and strategies that may be appropriate for you.

I also participate in ongoing professional development related to the populations and areas of practice I support.
Outside of my professional work, I value time with family and friends, nature, travel, and a good cup of coffee. I also appreciate the importance of slowing down, finding moments of connection, and making space for the things that matter to us.
Finding a therapist who feels like an appropriate fit is an important part of beginning therapy.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation where you can share what brings you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and decide whether you would like to schedule an appointment.
